Nomination Process

Nomination Deadline: Friday, January 25, 2019
To nominate or be nominated, fill out this form.

Nominations made later than this deadline will be considered during our next recruitment, with a timeline to be determined at a later date.

The Board periodically conducts a nomination process for new members, seeking new individuals who are committed to advancing the field of arts organizing.

We are currently seeking several new members. The board has expressed interest in including new board members who reflect some of these characteristics: geographic diversity, especially rural and southern areas; organizations and structures in varied stages of development; racial and cultural diversity; alternative organizing practices and forms; emerging leaders.

Candidates may self nominate or be nominated by others. If nominated by others, the candidates must also fill out our nomination form to confirm their interest. The current board will assess all candidates in the context of the existing board makeup and current needs of Common Field.
