Register for the 2019 Common Field Convening

Registration is required for each individual who wishes to attend the Common Field Convening. Common Field offers a range of registration fees beginning at $65 for a day pass, to $125 for a Convening Pass and more. Please review the information below for important details, and feel free to contact us with questions.


Pass Types

We offer two types of passes: the Convening Pass and the Day Pass.

Convening Pass: Thursday April 25 - Sunday April 28, 2019

Members $125
Non-Members $150
Supporter $250
Advocate $500

-Admission to Thursday night Kick-Off Event
-Access to all programming Friday - Sunday
-Participation in Satellite Dinner Program on Friday (dinner provided)
-Coffee, Breakfast, and Lunch on Friday + Saturday

Day Pass: Friday April 26, 2019 or Saturday 27, 2019

Friday, April 26: Members $65/Non-Members $80
Saturday, April 27: Members $65/Non-Members $80

-Access to all programming on the selected day, including Satellite Dinner Program on Friday or Evening Party on Saturday
-Coffee, Breakfast, and Lunch on the selected day you attend.


Pre-Convening Pass


Convening Passes do not include Pre-Convening programming on April 25, 2019. Registration for Pre-Convening will launch in coming weeks.

Convening Cost


When considering what Convening Pass is best for you, please consider opting for a higher-tier pass or adding a donation to your pass if you are supported by an institution or otherwise have the means to give more. These funds go directly into supporting our presenters, local partners, and scholarship recipients. Common Field is a registered 501c3 organization.

Common Field is committed to keeping the Convening accessible and affordable to arts organizers across the country. With support from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts and the National Endowment for the arts and additional support from the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage, we are able to subsidize your tickets. Without support, the true cost of a convening ticket would approximately $700. Presenters and Local Partners are supported with free registration, an honorarium, a year of membership to the Common Field Network, and a travel stipend if applicable. Common Field also awards 25 fully funded scholarships to fund travel and registration costs for national organizers who otherwise would be unable to attend the Convening.
