When considering what Convening Pass is best for you, please consider opting for a higher-tier pass or adding a donation to your pass if you are supported by an institution or otherwise have the means to give more. These funds go directly into supporting our presenters, local partners, and scholarship recipients. Common Field is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Common Field is committed to keeping the Convening accessible and affordable to arts organizers across the country. With support from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts and the National Endowment for the arts and additional support from the Houston Arts Alliance and other Houston funder, we are able to subsidize your tickets. Without support, the true cost of a convening ticket would approximately $700. Presenters, Partners, Scholarship Recipients and commissioned artists are supported with free registration, an honorarium, a year of membership to the Common Field Network, and a travel stipend if applicable. Common Field awards 25 fully funded scholarships to support travel and registration costs for national organizers who otherwise would be unable to attend the Convening.
