Suggestions for Session Comfort

  • If you have an object that grounds you in your somatic practice or brings you comfort, please feel free to keep it near you during this session.

  • Wearing clothing that allows for easy movement is ideal, but not essential.

  • While you do not need a large space for movement during this session, a comfortable seating position and quieter space is encouraged.

Accessibility

  • This session welcomes participants of all abilities. CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation, or live captioning) and ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation will be provided for both sessions. If you have additional accessibility needs, please contact Network Associate Cat Yang directly at cat [at] CommonField.org.
  • Common Field strives to create open and inclusive environments for everyone. We encourage session participants to review our Community Care Agreements to help foster safe spaces together at our gatherings.

Support

  • If you would like to support ongoing efforts to address issues of anti-Asian violence, please consider donating to Red Canary Song, a transnational and grassroots collective of Asian and migrant sex workers in New York City that advocates for decriminalizing sex work, and the survivors and families impacted by the shootings of massage parlor workers in Atlanta, Georgia.
